Welcome to Daily Creek Music! The summer brings a sense of renewal as we pull away from the vigorous schedule of the school year and take time to revisit our mission and goals for ministry. Currently, we are in the midst of re-focusing our plans to take our message of hope to those who need it most….the poor, imprisoned, and to those without hope. Pray with us that God will continue to use Daily Creek Music to reach out and make a difference with the music He has given us. Daily Creek Music has been preparing for our 1st outdoor concert of the year. We will again be playing at the McPhee Garden Party on April 15th at 6 pm in downtown Lincoln, NE. Plan to join us for a night of food, fun, and entertainment. Also, be watching for new songs from Daily Creek Music. Melissa and co-writer, Brenda Russell, just spent a weekend putting final touches on new material. Join us at the 2010 Horse Expo for Cowboy Church on Sunday, March 14th at 8:00 am at the Lancaster Events Center in Lincoln, Nebraska. We will be leading worship from a flat bed trailer right in the middle of a horse barn. This will be the 2nd year Daily Creek Music has been asked to be a part of this exciting event. This truly is the season to be thankful, grateful, and humbled that God has allowed us to serve others and share our music with so many over the past few years. We pray that you and your family will be drawn to the message of the manger and that you will know God in a deeper, more intimate way throughout this season.

November is a time of setting time aside to give thanks and to reflect on the blessings of the past year. They band and I have been reflecting on many events in each of our lives this past year. Through the good times and bad God has continued to show his love and care for us. We encourage each of our listeners to do the same….set some time aside to reflect, give thanks (and revisit the music of Daily Creek Music while doing so).

Be sure to visit our Facebook page (see below) and become a fan to receive the latest concert and event information. We are looking forward to the holiday season and the various opportunities we will have to share our faith through music we provide for various special events. We will be going out in small groups to provide music in smaller, more intimate settings.
