- Background:
- I grew up in a Christian home in Henderson, Nebraska. Music was always a large part of life. I was involved with church choirs, in a singing quartet with my brothers, and in school musicals. Sports was also a big part of my life growing up. I punted for the Nebraska Cornhuskers and was recently inducted into the University of Nebraska Hall of Fame.
- Hobbies:
- Playing golf with Bill Moates, singing, coaching kids.
- Accepted Christ as Savior:
- ...at age 16 as a result of my oldest brother praying for me. He challenged my dad to ask me if I had received Christ as my Savior. I came to the realization that it was a personal decision and that a relationship with Jesus was not "inherited".
- Favorite Scripture Passage:
- Jeremiah 29:11 For I know the plans I have for you, says the Lord. They are plans for good and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.

- Spending time with my immediate and extended family.
