Daily Creek Music

July 2005

Greeting from Daily Creek Music!

This month brings a few changes here at Daily Creek Music. Tim Woosley, guitar, has just left to begin his schooling at Galloup Guitars in Big Rapids, Michigan. Tim will return in December. In his absence, God has provided another talented guitarist, Don Rice, to join the ranks at Daily Creek Music. Don is a talented musician in addition to being a medical doctor! Don's presence gives the rest of the band much comfort as we know that we can come to him for advice concerning any pre-performance ailments.

As I mentioned last month, the big news is that I have been asked, along with the band, to open for Phillips, Craig and Dean in August at Freedom Fest in Sioux City, IA. Phillips, Craig & Dean have just released their 10th project, Worshippers Arise. With 10 No. 1 singles and the performance of many of today's top worship songs, this is slated to be an exciting evening of worship. We would love to have you join us!

Summer is a time when many of us are on the road with our families for various activities and vacations. As our team continues to rehearse and minister between our stints in-and-out-of-town, we would appreciate your prayers. Paul, in Colossians 4 says..."Devote yourselves to prayer, keeping alert in it with an attitude of thanksgiving; praying at the same time for us as well, that God may open up to us a door for the word, so that we may speak forth the mystery of Christ....in order that [we] may make it clear in the way [we] ought to speak.....making the most of the opportunity...."

We hope to see many of you this summer at various concerts and events. We appreciate each one of you being a part of our team through your prayers, support, and words of encouragement.

Until next time,

Melissa
